Every Prius is a hybrid. Price is great from what I can tell, but the seller sounds terrible. I believe that the eco, EV, and PWR modes are standard in the gen3, C, and V, so pretty much the only info in the ad about that particular car is the miles. The V gets a little worse mileage due to it's larger size, but the larger cargo area and improved rear seat room could be worth it.
