I'm selling our 2001 VW bug 1.8t sport

The last few years I have kept our VW as our spare car and haven't been driving it much. I'm replacing it with a leaf that will be our main car for driving around town.
It has a little under 100,000 miles, has the early turbo sport package, new tires, sun roof, some hail dents on the roof, and 3 year old Yokohama tires with 70 to 80% tread on them.
It may be getting a new battery as it has been sitting for a while. Only code it gives is a 420 code for catalyst efficiency, so it's either the rear O2 or the converter it's self, not worth fixing IMO. I replaced the overly complicated seat adjuster with a nut and bolt when it broke. It also needs mid grade or premium gas.
The last new thing it got was an alternator in 2016 after it sat for 4 months while I was over seas.
