Back in the android 4.xx days it took about 5 minutes on a dual core w/ 512mb of ram,
I bought a $50 Moto E (first gen) for the work van, quadcore 1gb ram and it can only do 4 gauges on 1 page with the most basic settings possible before its overrun.
The best experience I have had was with a Coolpad 4", it was able to run full tilt on any charger without the battery.
