Go by MSRP since I don't know for sure what the total bribe was.
If they have to pay people to buy these cars then it's just not time for them yet.

The one I found was up in springfield illness and got a new battery in 2014. I have seen ones with around 50 miles of range from down south.
Back when I first started looking for them I found a real nice 2011 one form a dealer who had just installed a new battery, wanted $6,900 for it, wouldn't take any less. No one would touch it. Some one finally bought it. I would have strongly considered buying it, but didn't have 6,900 plus shipping from houston laying around at the time.
