The picture has 600v 600amp IGBTs. This type:

400amp ones would work fine too. The nice thing is, all 600v 50amp up to 1200v 600amp IGBTs have the same (almost) spacing for the 4 male 0.11" spade connectors across the bottom that plug into the control/driver board. Here's an example of some 600v 300 - 400amp IGBTs:
