You talkin' to me?

I bought a 4 bedroom house in 2010 when my roommate got married, and I figured they would want their house to themselves. I've had various roommates ever since, which was the purpose of buying a house for myself with that many rooms. Whenever there were no roommates, I would turn the heat down to 50. Although the house is warmed with natural gas, it still makes extensive use of the air handler.

I'm mostly at an apartment now, but still have roommates in my house. I see no reason to sell since I don't need the money.

I'll be looking to move in 6 months to a year. My dream is to build a house, but that requires being fairly confident where you'll live for the next 20 years.
