Sorry. You had me interested at turbines but a battery is way too far out of the question again. They only work if there is no short circuit path. Complete isolation of one side from the other with a gigantic, membrane. Not happening. But it would be nice to get a few GW out of it with turbines. But I wonder how long they last in raw sea water?
