I joined Offer Up to ask someone about his $500 Civic, but he never responded. Today Offer Up sent me an update with car-related things for sale in Payson, Arizona. Payson is a town halfway between Phoenix and Show Low. The McDonald's is open twenty-four hours. Not many people live there, but there is a great deal of traffic. It showed a recently-hosed 2001 Civic with a broken bumper and 112,000 miles for $1,200:

I tried to find it on Craigslist, hoping they actually put details there, and in the end I found this guy:
To me, that is relatively new, but how tough of a life has it had that they are selling it for $1,500? How many miles does it have? What kinds of taxes and fees would it have? Where is this dealership? The website does not show an address. Searching for "Rick's Repos" does not show anything. I sent a text from Google Voice. We will see if he responds.
