I've had other tires that didn't work well with the balance beads, so a real balance they might wear better. Looking at my fuel log, looks like I have 36,200 on them and the rain drop wear indicator is partially gone. Had a flat Friday night when I got home so put one back on, much quieter then the I-pikes I'm trying to wear out.
