When I bought my 04 Ion, I passed up a black 07 sedan, equally equipped, with around 150k on it, for $500 less than my 04 was because I had no ride out to where the 07 was... I was a little concerned with rust with it being an OH car, but it was mostly the 180 mi drive that dissuaded me... my 04 was rust free, but ended up needing a full suspension rebuild... I think I got burned a little lol
