I mostly see homeless-types riding the bicycles around here.
There might be tourists using them right downtown and by the water, but they wouldn't come this far away from the tourist-traps. Hence why, when I do occasionally see them, I tend to see someone in a too-big coat and/or hoodie, despite the weather, riding down the middle of the street without a helmet on. Not that I'm judging.
