When I was in college I had a professor that was around my age, perhaps younger. She made some comment about the nineties and then said "I forgot, all of you are twenty." I responded "Not all of us."
"I don't judge!"

We had a financial brief at Fort Lee. Someone asked for things that should not be bought on credit and my roommate shouted "Guns!" Everybody laughed. I thought I would tell my previous supervisor a story where everybody laughed. She just said "I don't judge!"

It almost always seems weird when people use that phrase. Either it seems like they definitely are judging or they are implying that I am, which still seems judgmental on their part.

People keep asking why anyone would rent a scooter when you would soon pay for one. The responses are always that you can afford the rental, but not the purchase, so you keep renting. Also oh no! You need to take care of it! No!
