Property tax = the direct parasite tax. Once it was reasonable. Not no more. Like car and other insurance. Those who can’t, drive up the cost for all others.
I used to read a good bit on climate change. Lost interest, as it’s obviously the same well as godless Commernism.
Plus, no one (and I mean NO ONE) will willingly give up electricity on demand. Nor can any replacement source (besides nuclear) come close to replacing FF. And that over a 75-year period.

The party will continue until it can’t. And in the meantime your owners will ratchet up the pace and employ the whip hand.
