I will start this off with my least successful mod sadly. Penny pinching and switched to none LLR tires. Lost around 10% efficiency. I believe that correlates more so with my coasting distance.
Best mod by far was switch to copper plugs in my cruze. Was able to run down rpms much lower in top gear and upon discovering this increased my mpg by roughly 10% as well. So back where I started until i mod something else or get new LLR tires. Hope this gets people going. Would like to see where you were successful. I know there are points people have made 100 pages deep in probably not seeing. This site is one helluva information mine but sometimes you don't now the key word or don't have a hyperlink.
