I would expect to get some anger from nearby drivers. I once put a simple sticker on my car saying "50+ mpg". The road rage doubled. The angry passing, brake checking, middle fingers as they drive past, honks, etc. People do not want to hear about someone doing better than they are, whether in mpg or finances or health.
I would not do it.
