The way the artical reads the market for trading/selling carbon credits is about to go belly up... so the Canadian gov is pulling out with out as much as a thank ye or a spit.
The 14g was paid/ subsidized with carbin credits . Is the Canadian government insider trading, knowing the carbon credit Market is going to crash, so they're getting out early while they still have something of value?
