So, I got some time to work on my car again, and decided to re-do my trunklid extension, this time making it as sag proof as possible...

Last time around my panel was attached to the edge of the trunklid and it had four metal tabs holding it on that were about an inch, I was basically relying on the coroplast to hold itself up...

This time I lapped the coroplast about 1.5 inch into the trunklid itself, and used five plastic triangular supports under the panel, extending almost three inches... I also made the extension about 1.5-2” longer than before, so it now extends almost 6” from the edge of the trunklid...

I also used a lot more strapping tape than before as I consider this closer to a finished product than the last one, hopefully it doesn’t fall off in the heat!
