How did I miss this thread months ago? Anyway, I'm attempting an '01 Insight + '04 TSX K24a2 + '06 Accord 5 speed. I'll probably end up fabbing mounts with collaboration from a fellow nearby swapper since Hasport has serially delayed the release of their swap mounts since I started asking in 2016. I have plenty of questions but the most pertinent ones are:
1. How did you wire everything? I'm assuming with Kpro you went with 02-04 RSX base harness, cable throttle swap (All TSX is DBW), some kind of conversion harness to the dash, and base RSX ECU? Electronics is my weakest area so any info in rudimentary language would be appreciated.
2. You've run two front suspension options: Civic knuckles on stock Insight struts (with 3mm spacers) and full Civic fronts. What top hat did you use to retain stock geometry with option #2?
3. I can't help missing temp but maybe speed and AC: Your 04 RSX trans should be low frequency and not need a convertor box but I may be mistaken. If I am, Dakota Digital makes a box that will convert the signal to be read by your speedometer (info in link below). Are you running the stock cluster? The AC on a TSX is run not by the ECU but the CAN-BUS, stock Insight is analog ECU. The Kpro should have an option to allow the AC to function (I don't have first-hand knowledge of this).

4. A stock Insight fuel pump will run a stock K24a2 but the fuel trims will be slightly off 12% or so [Thank Ryanthegreat1 for this info]. A stock TSX (or 03-07 Accord I'd imagine) fuel pump is almost a direct fit so long as you swap resistor components and have a returnless fuel system. Earlier manual Insights had return fuel systems. All CVT and later manuals had returnless.
