It's a hiace truck lh80 chassis, made from 1988 to 1991, with a fiberglass rear body. The radiator is not in the direct flow of the airflow, so is heavily reliant on the fan, my idea was to capture more of the flow through the front grill, and scoop the underbody flow up to the radiator.
