You can search here, but a lot the tires don't match up with US market tires so not sure how worth while it is. I have Nokian WRG3's on several cars marketed in US as LLR, but the similar nokians are rated as C.

My winter tyres are C-rated , 175 wide
But I have a hard time matching their numbers on my 185 wide , B-rated summer tyres, despite these being 3% oversized and having the better FE rating
All are worn in, running similar inflation

There was one Nokian tire rated A in FE, the eLine 2 summer tire not sure if offered in the states. Closest I could tell in the states is the eNtyre 2.0 considered an all season here.

The Nokian eLine2 is a summer tyre
A rated tyres for FE are still quite rare
A-A (additional A rating for braking) even more so

Quick look thru Bridgestone, Conti, Dunlop, Goodyear, Michelin & Nokian that one tire is the only A in FE (195-65-15).
