Load volume is crap, especially with a weather cover.

In Europe, we almost exclusively use cargo vans / panel vans for work.
For personal use, virtually no-one uses a pick-up truck.
It's mostly men who want the image that goes along with driving a truck. A van isn't going to project a strong image to women.

The projection of that image is mostly successful with making a guy more attractive to a woman, too.
