Watch a youtube video on that tool. It works about as well as they show, unlike the videos for many other tools where soil has already been loosened for the video.

I don't know to what extent formal education can make you better at what you do. It seems the most important factors for any job is having an interest, and caring.

If you have any very low grades, such as an F or D on record, it would be easier to retake those classes to bump up your GPA than to struggle for straight A's from here on out, though you will probably still need those A's to get into the top 11% of applicants. I commend you on the effort. I haven't even finished my Associates, and I'm only 3 classes away from it.
