I am fluent in Spanish and have a Guatemalan grandfather, so I usually put down Hispanic, and it bothers me when forms ask "Caucasian non-Hispanic."

However, a teacher once said that I have a strong Anglo-Saxon name. Well, no, it is Scottish. Basically Gringo McGringo, but hey.
