We have had some good discusions on Ecomodder about this subject. My opinion is as applied on the Corbin Sparrow, is that the dimples need to be on the trailing edges where the cuve is very sharp. As is apparent on the fender of the picture you sent.
The only reason dimples are all over golf balls, is because the orientation of the ball cannot be controlled.
Do a search on tubulators too.
