Here is what I have come up with.
I found this used trailer. It is 8 feet by 52" so its perfect for moving 4x8 sheets. It has 15" rims with real highway rated (75 mph) tires on it. It is also fairly light. I can move it easily by hand on flat ground. The only drawback is that it is fairly high. I bought a 10 foot boat and the plan is to transport the boat like this, upside down. I will enclose the sides of the trailer to make it weather resistant and more aerodynamic, and I want to build a fairing on the front of the trailer to direct the air around it.
This is just a mock up with the straps holding it in place, I will figure out some way to mount it from the inside.
