I have no inside information but I suspect Mahindra is going to get the next mail delivery vehicle contract. I think they want it more and are the only ones that will be able to meet or even undercut the price set by the USPS. They don't have much of a US presence but they have started some high dollar advertising here. I think putting one of their vehicles in every neighborhood daily will go a long way to being the next Kabota or even John Deer. I wonder if FCA even submitted a prototype to the post office.
