And if they worked we would already be seeing them on tractor trailers, but tractor trailers have opted for smooth hub caps.
I could test a set and I have the perfect vehicle to test something like this with. I have a nissan leaf that gives real time traction power output. Anything that reduces drive power consumption by anywhere near 10% would be an very, very obvious above 60mph.
