Actually, your RPMS should be a bit lower than that. With 31.7" tires, 3.42 final drive, and 0.643 overdrive, you should be seeing 1282 at 55 and 1632 at 70. Not bad at all.
The RPMS you gave are about what my wagon will do with the revised overdrive, 30.5" tires, and a 4.10 rear.
