Tires already shed 3 pairs of vortices, which is why a spinning tire generates less drag than a non-spinning one. It isn't clear to me that 1) placing these tabs on the tire, so they're spinning with it, will generate vortices (how are they shaped?), or 2) if they are, that the vortices generated will somehow have a beneficial interaction with the existing vortices around the tire and lower its drag.



I agree, this should be moved to the Corral until the OP provides some documentation to back up his claims, especially if he came on here to sell these.
