Hydrogen is way more reactive than LPG and it does leak from microscopic clefts at the fuel tanks due to the smaller size of its molecule (H²), which used to be pointed out as a reason to keep hydrogen-powered vehicles parked either at a wide-open space or in a ventilated garage.
