I was making a comparison between the electrical properties of the two bodies. Coronal mass ejections have more effect.

An historical example would be the beginnings of the Sahara and Gobi deserts within human memory. Climate effects are unquantified, but the toll in human misery is on-going.

They discuss electron-type neutrinos transforming to muon-type neutrinos,as they pass out of the Sun,which escape detection on Earth.
The solar neutrino detectors are only sensitive to electron-types.
Of the three types of neutrinos,only muon and tau-type can pass through matter without being affected very much;not so for electron-type.
Perhaps there's some sort of electrical coupling between Earth and Sun,which we can see phenomena created from,although our monitoring equipment is blind to.Just a SWAG!
