Oil Pan, was the drop caused by mounting another brand/make of tyres, or just mounting same but new ones ?
I disliked the Bridgestone Ecopia 25 175/65/14 on my CNG VW up! enough to replace them immediately.
They went to my sister, who was driving on worse junk tyres
