You've already got vortex generators on the back. Aren't they working? See

The proportions would change for your vehicle. It could have a piano hinge at 18-24" and dispense with the 'stinger' that stores over the roof in this instance.
It might have a vertical hinge at one end of the bumper and a retractable leg with a caster wheel on the other.
