When I put a protractor on this I ascertain ~25° from horizontal, AKA 65°. The diagram seems to me to be ambiguous about whether the angle is measured from the top or bottom and from the horizontal or vertical.

I think what I need for a Kammback is a short top with tapering sail panels.
