This was a long thread and I was hoping to see some quantification of the mods he performed. There was a lot of talk about HHO also, which has to be bogus, but there were claims to the contrary.

I'm not asking for proprietary information, just want to know generally what had been proven to be worthwhile from a cost/benefit perspective.
