If you watch the two minute video in the link above, I have to warn you about the anti-climatic ending. I laughed inside.
I found this item/topic by looking for a different electric vehicle and getting an image of an electric motor of size on the JEGS shopping website.

I have no idea if this has any application to road going electric reverse trikes and cars, just posting as it strikes me as electrics going more mainstream.
