The worst thing by far about the whole machine is the body.
The battery is no less than amazing, BMS is more advanced than anything else they have seen and the motor may be from the future.
But the body is holding everything back.
I wonder about the serviceability of this miraculous battery pack. All the electronics integrated into the battery pack. Having everything together is great for efficiency, cost and manufacturing. It isn't so great for service.

What happens if one of those components breaks? Munro compared it to cellphone technology. Cellphone and most electronics today are not designed to be serviced. They are designed to be discarded and replaced if anything breaks.
