2018 most active eastern Pacific hurricane season
Weather Channel saying that 2018 is the most active Eastern Pacific Hurricane Season on Record.
Are they making this up?

*Using the Accumulated Cyclone Energy Index,2018,a new record,relating to 'reliable' records dating to 1971.
