You may need to develop a context for "light weight wheels".
For example, the lightest 13 inch wheels I could find for my trailer were insite wheels at 12 or 12.5 pounds each.
Went to tractor supply and tossed one of their steel trailer wheels on the scales, 13.5lb.
So there was no way it would ever be worth $50 to $100 more per wheel to save less than 2lb.
