I don't think this will replace oil but could put noticeable dent in the world's largest passenger car markets.
One of the biggest being the US where a lot of people are opposed to electric for some reason.
As of 2017 only 0.15% of registered passenger cars on the road in the US is pure electric.
I'm one of them. Soon maybe 2 of them.
Do you really think these batteries could cram something like 75 kwh into the pack size of a 2011 to 2018 leaf?
