Anyone tried Hankook Kinergy ST tires?

At some point, I am going to need to put some new tread on this car. It came with BALD tires. I threw on a set of 14" alloy wheels and Fuzion HRI tires that I had kicking around. They are 185/60R14s. The stock tire size is 165/65/R14. I am open to using a 175/65R14 as well as there are a few tire options in that size as well.

However, I did find the Hankook Kinergy ST which tire rack claims is an 'eco focus' tire. I am looking for additional information and feedback on this tire as it is a bit cheaper ($59/ea vs $85/ea) than the legendary RE92s that come in the 165/65R14 variety.
