From what I have read, the fastest Karmann Ghia had a 0 - 60 of 21 seconds, weighed 1,750 pounds, had 60 HP gross. (mostly found here: https://auto.howstuffworks.com/volks...mann-ghia4.htm)
The 1973 was rated 46 HP gross.
Frontal area 26 sq ft
Drag coefficient 0.4 (CC VW Karmann Ghia)
CdA = 10.4 square feet?

The 2004 Prius had a 0 - 60 of 10.4 seconds, weighed 2,903 pounds, had 110 horsepower gross, and Cd of 0.26 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Prius_(XW20))
CdA 6.24 sq ft https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automo...ag_coefficient

Here is the calculator I do not know how to use. https://www.carspecs.us/calculator/0-60
It says the KG should have a 12.8 0 - 60! It estimates 11.3 for the Prius, though.

So... what kind of acceleration can we expect from this creation?

It will have the Prius airbags? How would you guestimate its safety on a scale of stock Karmann Ghia to stock Prius?
