I admire this design in that it somewhat relieves overhang anxiety.
That is to say, it is very difficult to package humans, drive systems and aerodynamics all into one.
One of the reasons is that either the wheelbase becomes super long or the front and rear overhangs do. And sometimes both at the same time.
This tiny car negates some of those factors by completely enclosing the front and rear wheels, so the overhang isn't as noticeable and in your face.
It still comes off looking somewhat like a float in a parade, but it's a nice parade on the study of aerodynamics.
