Well the engine and drivetrain are broken in now. I have been able to get over 30 MPG with light A/C, running about 7500 lbs, holding around 68mph in 8th gear and behind a semi for 60 miles. I got about 27 recently on a 60 mile trip.... I think the emission system was in clean up mode for the trip as I saw a sudden drop in mileage not too far into the initial leg. This drivetrain is a really good combo except the trans holding low gears too long. Reprogramming the trans will probably pick up about 10% in typical fuel economy.
