I'll probably make one more tweak to them. They fit in the grill area really nice. However, they could line up with each other just a touch better. A little tab to locate them to each other will fix that.
Here is a close up of the silver one I'm currently using. Its really overcast this morning, and I just installed it before going to work so the lighting isn't very good. It actually does have a bit of metallic flake in it though.
As for removal, its really easy. Just get your finger behind it and pull. It will pop right off.
