Since you had a Gen-1, how is the "one pedal driving" feature that I have heard about? It is the only thing that would prevent me trading in to get a gen-2 because I really do love coasting to stops. I never use the Low mode for that reason.
I tried it once and it slowed down so quickly that I had to actually accelerate (even at a slight decline) to get to the stop in a reasonably quick time and distance (I was like 10 car lengths back and was getting impatient)
