If your 3w bulbs aren't that great then I can't imagine 2.5w bulbs being that great either. The whole point of the upgrade was to improve brightness and visibility.

Superbrightleds.com has 350-lumen white LEDs for $16 each, but I'm not sure if they'll fit (2" long). Need to measure the socket first.

Stock lights everywhere else. Might replace headlights with projectors when they die; don't want to deal with heat issues from resisters for turn signals, and I've read that LEDs for brake lights mess up regen. Interior lights are a consideration though.
