Energy Efficiency

Between 1992 and 2015,the EPA's Energy Star Program saved consumers $300-billion,and mitigated 2-billion metric tonnes of carbon dioxide.
The money we didn't spend on energy could have paid for 4,347, 2-MW wind generators/year (8496-MW/year.
Over the 23-year span we could have paid for 195.3-GW of capacity.
In the next 32-years before we actually get off fossil fuels,we'd have 467,170-GW of installed power.(albeit intermittent).
Austin,Texas found that they could save a kWh for $91.00,or build out a kWh for $1,000.00.
