When I was poor and living in an actual garret, I lived on baked potatoes. If I had the money, I'd get butter and make twice baked potatoes or on special occasions walk down to KFC and get a serving of gravy to take home.
Now I get frozen shredded potatoes and boil eggs to split them and mix in mustard and mayo to make deviled eggs.
