Ah, so an old car has to come off the road too...
My parents have a 1998 Camry with 300,000 miles on it, with various leaks and issues. Maybe this is a good way to get rid of it.
So now as I understand it, one rebate only applies to new vehicle purchases, and the other can be used for both?
